Offer good quality kettles for sale or reuse online.
Broken items could be repaired at your nearest Repair Cafe; where volunteers will try and fix it for a small donation.
Otherwise these can be taken to a local Household Recycling Centre and placed in the small electrical appliances container. For sites without a small electrical appliance container these can be placed in the scrap metal container.
Residents in can place small electrical items on their black bin on collection day and it will be placed in an area under the vehicle and recycled separately.
