Mobile phones, particularly Smart Phones, can be sold online or offered for reuse.  Charities often ask for mobile phones, which can be sent to them via the post.

Otherwise these can be taken to a local Household Recycling Centre and included in the small electrical appliances container. For sites without a small electrical appliance container these can be included in the scrap metal container.

Residents in can place small electrical items out on their black bin collection day and it will be placed in an area under the vehicle and recycled separately.
