Broken items could be repaired at your nearest Repair Cafe where volunteers will try and fix it for a small donation, or taken to a Household Recycling Centre and placed in the Small Electrical Appliances or scrap metal container.
Residents in can place small electrical items on their black bin on collection day and it will be placed in an area under the vehicle and recycled separately.
