Offer good quality furniture online for sale or reuse online or offer to a local charity (check their criteria first).  Some charities may collect large furniture – check our Local Reuse Organisations page.  Some Household Recycling Centre sites have reuse containers which collect small items of furniture for reuse by local charities. Please note: Soft furnishings will need to have an up to date fire retardant label before charities will take them.

Broken furniture can be taken to a Household Recycling Centre and placed in the general waste container.
