We are kicking off our ´óÐãÊÓƵ A-Z with A for Anniversary, taking a look all the way back to 1998…..

• the Spice Girls were Christmas number 1 with Goodbye
• a pint of milk was 34p
• a loaf of bread was 52p

And Herefordshire and ´óÐãÊÓƵ were re-established as separate counties following 24 years as Hereford and Worcester Council .

Since then the population of ´óÐãÊÓƵ has grown from 535,300 to 609,200.

And the number of households has grown from 230,000 to 274,000.

A lot has changed in 25 years and we support more people with more services than ever before.

We will be celebrating ´óÐãÊÓƵ from A to Z throughout December.
