Vitamins are available for free through the Healthy Start scheme or to purchase at a low cost at the family hub, this includes:

• pregnancy and breastfeeding vitamins (£1.00 or free with a healthy start card)
• vitamin drops for babies and young children - these are suitable from birth to 4 years old (£1.80 or free with a healthy start card)

Where cash payments are made, exact change would be appreciated please.

Unfortunately, family hubs are unable to accept payment by debit/credit card.
 

Saffron family hub runs the following parenting groups:

• free, weekly there is no need to book
• stay and play toddler group (TBC)

The Family Hubs are supported by friendly volunteers, helping young people and families across ´óÐãÊÓƵ in a number of different services. If you are interested in making a difference and volunteering within your local family hub, then the following roles are available:

• administration/business support volunteer
• community hub volunteer including Stay, Weigh and Play
• parenting peer supporter
