Request to improve handrail
If you need support with using steps or gradients, you can request a handrail.
Before you start
- answer questions which will determine your request
- you will be asked to provide any information and mark the location on an interactive map
- provide any additional information or supporting evidence such as photographs or maps
- upload documents at the end of the online form
- once you have submitted your request the Minor Infrastructure Projects Team will respond to you within 10 working days
